Viral RT-PCR testing is performed to determine if you are actively infected with COVID-19.
For Viral RT-PCR test sample collection, a small swab is inserted into either the nostril (nasopharyngeal), mouth (oropharyngeal) or using your saliva.
Antibody testing is performed to detect the presence of COVID-19 antibodies, indicating that you have developed an immune response to the virus. Antibody test is a blood-based test. We provide both binding Antibody (IgM, IgG) tests, as well as the Neutralizing Antibody test
Rapid Antigen testing is commonly used for the detection SARS-COV 2, the virus that causes COVID-19 infection. RAT is suitable for point-of-care testing that directly detects the presence or absence of the COVID-19 antigen. RAT is a lateral flow test that detects the COVID-19 protein antigen. RAT is an immunochromatographic assay which gives visual results and is qualitative. It is a screening test and thus should be evaluated with a confirmatory test like PCR. This sample collection methods are nasal swab.
